The investment project has been released in three stages and includes specially designed community centres. The 1st Community Centre is part of phase 1 and will include a swimming-pool, a heated indoors swimming-pool for the winter season, children' pool, playground with a sun-protection cover, sauna, TV room, cafe-bar, fitness and sunbathing area. Phase 1 is due for completion in July 2008.
