Overall Description:

Detached 3 bed Dalyan villa within a small complex of 3 with a large shared pool and garden. The villa is very spacious and comes fully furnished. The villa is distinguished not only by its' size but by being only 200m from the centre of town.

The lounge / dining area is very long and wide room with nice modern coving, fitted curtains and airconditioning. The dining area has a 8 seater wooden table and chairs and there is also a 3 piece elegant cream suite to stay.

Blue and white floor to ceiling tiles, with pedestal toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine at the back of this bathroom.

UPSTAIRS

Master bedroom - Bedroom 1 (12ft x 11ft))
Spacious double bedroom with double bed and airconditioning. There is also a dressing area with fitted floor to ceiling wooden wardrobes (6ft x 4ft) and extra storage space alcove (6.5ft x 2ft) that could be used for a cot or suitcases.
