Manageable 16 room hotel, could be taken over as a going concern, that has undergone substantial renovation and refurbishment.
The facilities include a top floor function room with fantastic river views. The function room has it’s own kitchen and can cater for 65 buffet style or 45 for a sit down meal. The room can be closed for winter months and has a wrap around terrace. It has been used for many of the events held in the last twelve months which have included:
A masked ball, valentines evening, Summer Ball, Halfa Party, Playboy Mansion Party and of course, christmas and new years events. A 3 day art exhibition featuring local artists was held, with the proceeds benefiting the local school.
All the events have either sold out or been very well attended.
On the ground floor the bar area has a seating capacity of approximately 60 people (30 inside and 30 outside), and has a service kitchen for providing snacks and evening meals. The bar also has a performance stage and disco equipment and ladies and gents wc. The laundry room containing two washing machines is also on the ground floor. The linen cupboard is on the first floor.
This floor also contains the office with full internet, telephone and fax connections.
There are 10 standard rooms all ensuite, with minibars and satelite tv and 6 premier rooms which also have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms are airconditioned and have private balconies.

The owners currently have contracts with three companies, 2 in Istanbul and one in the UK, approximately 80% of guests are European and 20% Turkish, mostly older without children.
The hotel has a history of good occupancy throughout the winter months, being fully booked for christmas, new year and easter.
The very large basement area is planned to be converted into a nightclub/gentlemen’s club with it’s own entrance, ladies and gents wc and box office for ticket sales etc. The room could hold approximately 70 people and could be hired out for private parties etc.
The pool is situated at the front of the hotel and a bridge crosses it to the hotel main entrance and reception. |
