Downstairs
As soon as one enters it is possible to appreciate the generous dimensions of this well maintained and neutrally decorated villa. Directly in front of the door is a broad hallway leading to the 5ft by 6 ½ ft WC and shower room and then further into the large kitchen. The whole house has been freshly painted a soft magnolia and the floor is tastefully decorated with large cream and mosaic tiles.
The lounge and dining area are to the left of the front door and have newly fitted wood effect UPVC windows and double glazed doors to the shaded patio as well as a single door out to the back veranda overlooking the pomegranate field. The back veranda is 9ft by 9ft and has a wooden canopy.
The lounge is light and airy with its new picture windows and is airconditioned. İt measures 12 ½ ft by 14ft and leads into the dining area. The dining area measures 11ft by 10ft and is kept cool by an overhead ceiling fan. Both rooms are heated for winter with a wood burning stove. An archway leads from the dining area here through to the kitchen and another from the lounge through to the hall. The size of the two combined areas is an impressive 23 ½ ft long room.
The kitchen space is large measuring 14ft by 8 ½ ft and has traditional wood fitted kitchen units and two marble countertops one of which can be used as a breakfast bar. Windows here overlook the pool area but are screened by tall plants outside ensuring privacy.
A marble spiral staircase takes you upstairs and natural light pours in through a window. There is also plenty of storage space underneath the stairs.
Upstairs
The upstairs hallway leads to three double bedrooms and to the right is a large bathroom with full size bath and a large electric boiler for year round guaranteed hot water.
Bedroom 1 is straight ahead and is 12ft by 9ft. The walls are painted cream and there is a large ceiling fan above the bed. This room is airconditioned.
Bedroom 2 is 9ft by 8ft and has spectacular views of the mountains
Bedrooom 3, the largest of all the bedrooms, is 12ft by13ft, fully carpeted and leads to a long 8ft by 3½ balcony. There are exemplary views from this balcony out over green fields to the mountains. This bedroom is also airconditioned.
Marble stairs lead from this floor to a large 26ft by 26ft roof space which is currently used as storage space.
Maintenance
The villas have a long standing maintenance agreement with an established company in Dalyan. As a result the prices for pool and garden maintenance are very reasonable at only £375 p/annum. There is a seperate fee of £300 for house minding if desired by the owner.
