The kitchen (8ft x 8ft) has a marble worktop and white fitted cupboards. As well as the washing machine under the stairs there is a fridge, electric hob, mini oven, sandwich toaster and kettle. There is a full set of crockery and cutlery too. The kitchen has its own balcony which is 4ft 6in wide by 7ft long and large enough for table and chairs and it looks out over a small orchard area.
Upstairs
One of the most attractive features of this villa are the three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and in good condition. Two of the bedrooms are large doubles, bedroom one (14ft x 12ft) has a double bed and wardrobe and bedroom two (11ft x 8ft 6in) is also fitted with a double bed and wardrobe. Both bedroom one and two are pol facing. The third bedroom (9ft x 10ft) could be considered a spacious single or a small double and is currently being used as a single bedroom. This smallest bedroom has a nice size balcony leading off it looking towards the mountains at Arikbasi.
The bathroom is large (9ft x 6ft 6in) and like the rest of the house the hot water is supplied by the solar water heating system. There is a full bath as well as a shower in the upstairs bathroom.
There is a second balcony (8ft 6in x 4ft 6in) upstairs leading off the corridor which has good views out to the mountains surrounding Dalyan.
This pleasant property has the space and ambience to be a very happy holiday home for a larger family or for those keen to rent commercially.
