Two Villa Dalyan Complex For Sale.

This beautiful, large and well maintained Dalyan complex is highly unusual in only having two properties on it, both of which are detached.
Originally built by two families who wanted to holiday together with their large young families but still wanted the privacy of having ‘their own front doors’. With their children now strapping teenagers the families have decided, with great sadness, to put their properties on the market – together!

The complex is around twelve or thirteen minutes walk from the center of town but is just on the borders of Dalyan’s agricultural area. As a result the surrounding area is hardly built up at all and very peaceful. The complex is fully walled and would suit buyers who like privacy while they are by the pool or in the garden. İn Villa 1 the kitchen has recently been modernised though the kitchen in Villa 2 is also very attractive. Both kitchens are fully fitted with large fridge freezers, full oven and gas hobs and dishwashers. Especially eye catching are their ample granite worktops which make preparing holiday snacks and dinners both easy and delightful.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms both with their own balconies and ensuite shower rooms. The two bedrooms are identical in size measuring 15 ½ ft by 12 ½ ft and feature full bedroom furnishings including double beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, dressers etc. The ensuite shower rooms are 8ft by 6ft in both villas. Especially attractive are the views from the balconies over fields and out to the mountains at Arikbasi.

The third bedroom (on the second floor) in each villa is notable for its ample space being 16 ½ ft by 16ft and in one villa houses three single beds and in the other a double bed and one single. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom that is so large at 13ft by 7 ft that the current owners use a portion of the space for extra storage. The decoration is neutral mosaic tiles and the bathrooms have a pleasant modern feel to them. All the bedrooms in both properties are air conditioned.

The outside space is as well planned as the internal areas. As well as the shady veranda there is a very large garden which is laid to lawn and stocked with mature fruit trees and again has views towards the mountains. There is a large raised wooden köşk between the two houses that is carpeted and cushioned for a little Ottoman style relaxation with a book or a drink and various trees have hammocks slung from them to encourage even more laid back activities.

The swimming pool is larger than average at 86m/2 and has seen both these families through many ‘Lilo-Olympics’. Like the rest of the property is has been maintained well. On the poolside is the clubhouse bar where guests and owners alike can unwind with a drink at the end of the day.

These two Dalyan properties are being offered together and would be of extra interest to families looking to buy together or a for an owner who wishes to live in one and let and manage the other.
