The Villa
The external face of the villa is plaster finished with attractive stone cornering and all the windows and doors have wrought iron security grilles painted grey to match the stone work behind them.
 
The property has a large pool facing ground floor veranda (8ft x 28ft) with decorative white columns and balustrades and neutral cream coloured floor tiles. The roof of this structure is beautiful, traditional and very ornate Mugla woodwork. There is also a built in BBQ. This attractive entrance to the house sets the tone for the standard of the building.
 
Internal – Ground Floor
There are 2 entrances into the property – A secure steel front door to the side of the house and patio doors from the veranda leading into the lounge. All doors and windows are wood coloured PVC and double glazed throughout. All internal doors are darkwood American press, the property is also plumbed for central heating (though the radiator fittings are not in place). Additionally the house is fully airconditioned with dual function units that can be used to heat rooms during the winter.

Entering from the patio doors one enters the large lounge and dining area with triple aspect windows and doors with all day sun light. The lounge has a modern airconditioning unit (more attractive than the more usual white units) and has a large ornate stonework fire place. The ceiling has pretty coving with recessed highlighting hidden within it and also spotlights around the edge of the room and two chandelier style lights. The floor in this room is walnut coloured wood laminate. The kitchen lies off the main room and is accessed via a decorative coved archway.
The kitchen units are modern in dark cherry and cream colours and there is a fully fitted built-in stainless steel oven and gas hob to stay and a double sink. The units are complemented by the cream tiled splashback and the speckled grey marble work tops. The kitchen has an easy to clean beige and cream tiled floor and there is also a two-person breakfast bar.
 
Downstairs WC:
Off the downstairs hallway is a neutral beige coloured WC area with white toilet and wash facilities.
 
Under the staircase is an area large enough for a washing maching and storage for general equipment. The spiral, marbled staircase is overlooked by a large window that makes the whole area very light.
 
İnternal - Upstairs
Laminate flooring throughout the upstairs areas and all decorative coving throughout the whole villa.
 
Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom: (12ft x 13ft)
This room has white coving around the ceiling with hidden, fitted curtain rails and an airconditioning unit. There is a private balcony (5ft x 8ft) to the front of the house, overlooking the pool and garden.
 
The ensuite bathroom measures 6ft by 7ft and has pretty lavender and white fittings, floor to ceiling tiling in matching colours, a decorative glass sink unit and a large shower cabin with a multi function super-shower.
 
Bedroom 2: (12ft x 13ft)
This double bedroom has a cherry and cream, 4-door, fitted, floor to ceiling wardrobe, an airconditioning unit and a private balcony measuring 3ft by 6ft with good mountain views.
 
Bedroom 3: (11ft x 10ft)
Another good sized double room also fitted with an airconditioning unit.
 
Family Bathroom: (6ft x 7ft)
Lavender and white tiling and fittings with a jacuzzi bath, wall to wall shower screen and pedestal WC.
