External

The cottage retains many of its original features including decorative iron work on the windows and doors and unusual Turkish tiled floors both internally and on the outside verandas. İn common with other Turkish cottages this property is distinguished by its spacious rooms.
The private gardens are well cared for with a grass lawn to the rear and some well established flowers and shrubs as well as rockeries. 
There is a large terrace (6 ft by 26ft) to the front of the property that is covered in vines that create good shade. There is road access to the rear of the property shared with adjacent neighbours that leads round to an iron gate into the garden with a brick built garage.

Internal

Reception 1 (16ft x 12ft)
There are two reception areas, the first as you walk through the front door from the front veranda, which has wooden flooring and ceiling, airconditioning unit and a Turkish wood burning stove. 

Reception 2/ Bedroom (15ft x 12ft)
Through a stepped archway you go into the second reception area which could be used as a separate dining room or a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This room has a large working fire with traditional chandelier style lighting.

To the rear of the second reception is the door to the family bathroom that is decorated with white and blue tiling and has white toilet and hand basin with a open shower.

Kitchen (17ft x 12ft)
Through reception 1 the charming large country kitchen has cream marble worktops with wooden units and green tiled splash-back. The kitchen has a dishwasher and wooden dining furniture to stay.
