Overall Description

Oleander Villa Internal
Living Area: The open plan salon/kitchen is very light and airy with large windows overlooking the mountains. The lounge is furnished with a bookshelf, a four seater sofa, two large armchairs and a coffee table all placed around the fireplace.
The kitchen has a black table seating four with modern white bucket chairs. The cabinets are modern cherry wood with matt chrome handles and a rose and grey coloured granite worktop. Bedroom 3: Another double bedroom, although it is currently furnished with a single bed. There is also access to a private balcony.
Family Bathroom: Has a bath with large glass shower screen as well as his and hers basins.
Exterior features
The cream tiled veranda with decorative arches is (6ft x 22ft) L-shaped around the villa and there is a dark wood pergola over the front door. The exterior walls have been painted with paint imported from Germany that provides an extra insulating layer and is fully washable. All windows are double glazed and all have mosquito screens. Garden furniture includes 2 tbles and six chairs. There are also two bicycles.
Each villa also has an integrated storage shed/room.
