Dalyan Furnished 3 Bed Villa
This villa complex is one of the best run, community spirited and established sites in Dalyan. To find one of the villas on the market fully furnished at such a reasonable price is unusual and exciting.
The villa is one of the best placed on the complex being semi-detached and on the poolside.
The villa is in very good condition it has flyscreens throughout, airconditioning, wooden frame sash windows and wooden shutters, solid wood doors and high ceilings.
Exceptionally well located for all amenities being only 250m from central Dalyan (5 minutes walk max) and yet tranquil as it is on a quiet road.
The houses are all well spaced on the plot with winding stone paths leading to them. The villa is white on the outside with attractive stone work all around the circular stair tower. The house is approached via marble steps and a wooden canopied balcony leading up to a wooden door.
Downstairs
As soon as one enters it is possible to appreciate the generous dimensions of this well maintained and neutrally decorated villa. The lounge is to the right of the front door and is open plan to the diner. Directly behind the front door is the entirely marble clad downstairs bathroom with opulent white and gold shower and sink fittings. The walls are painted white and the floor is tastefully decorated with large marble tiles.
The lounge is open plan to the dining room and kitchen area and houses an impressively modern deco air conditioning unit as well as an attractive three piece suite and a working fireplace. İt is 21ft wide and 25ft long at its longest point. The rear lounge door leads out to the back balcony which at 8ft wide by 8ft wide is large enough for a dinner table and chairs
The kitchen and dining area are separated by a long granite double level breakfast bar and four stools. The kitchen space is large, clean and bright with a marble worktop and is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, gas hob with extractor hood and kettle. There is a full set of crockery and cutlery too. The separate dining space is 9ft by 9ft.
A marble spiral staircase takes you upstairs and natural light pours in through a window. There is also plenty of storage space underneath the stairs.
Upstairs
One of the many attractive features of this villa is the upstairs hall. İn a different villa another bedroom would have been crammed into this space. The current owners have used this marble floored hallway as an 8ft by 8ft relaxation area with plenty of room for chair, table, laundry basket and extra coat hanging space.
The second bathroom is up here and has a bath as well as a shower unit and is similarly to downstairs clad in creamy marble. The star’s dressing room style illuminated mirror area is an extra flourish.
Bedroom 1 is marble tiled and is approximately 13ft * 10 ½ ft. There are two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan in addition to airconditioning. The bedroom leads to 4 ½ ft by 8 ½ ft balcony.

Marble stairs lead from this floor to a large roof space which has been converted into a third bedroom.
Bedroom 3 is a very large space but with height restrictions. The current owners have three single beds here and find it a convenient place to sleep children.
Maintenance
The villa complex have a long standing maintenance agreement with an established company in Dalyan. As a result the prices for pool and garden maintenance are very reasonable at only £350 p/annum. There is a separate fee of £200 for house minding if desired by the owner.
