Situated above the sea side village and harbour area of Karaburun, each villa has a commanding view over the sea and surroundings including the mountains behind.
The villas are in a perfect position for access to either the harbour area or the main peninsula road and the upper main part of Karaburun with its shops, doctors, hospital, supermarkets and weekly market. The harbour area, which comes alive at night, has a seacat link to Izmir (travel time 70 minutes) which is perfect for shopping trips to the Bazaar. It is also an interesting way of travelling from Izmir Airport. This area has quality restaurants, café bars and in the summer a rooftop jazz bar which is highly recommended. In summer there are French and German visitors which give restaurants and cafés a cosmopolitan air.

The second floor has the main attraction of a large roof terrace with superb views over the sea, the harbour and the imposing mountain backdrop and is the perfect setting for a barbecue and a glass or two of local wine.
In summer during the hot afternoons of July and August Karaburun is blessed with a cooling breeze which makes living here rather more pleasant than the intense heat of Izmir or the Mediterranean resorts.
There are excellent local beaches and the water is crystal clear for swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving (there is a training school nearby). Fishing is a popular pastime and a barbecue picnic is really enjoyable with local fresh bread and salad.
