This typical village house (2 beds) was built 30 years ago in local stone and has not been lived in or maintained for some years. There is a renovation permit for the house but if you wish to replace this property then permission can be obtained from the local council. 
The village has excellent sea and mountain views, is near two other villages on an upland plateau above Kaynarpinar and not too far from the main town of Mordogan on the coast. The mountain air is marvellous and the locals are very friendly so if you are up to the challenge then the rewards are worthwhile.  The buses regularly pass through the village from Mordogan so it is possible to live here without your own transport. Basic foodstuffs can be obtained in the village and fresh vegetables are plentiful as is the local wine.
