This 3 bed semi detached villa is on a private site just 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk from the centre of Mordoğan.

Mordogan is a large fishing village on the Karaburun Peninsula 1 hour 20 minutes from Izmir and the International Airport and is unspoilt by tourism. There are pretty little fishing villages and in the central highland there are lush valleys with villages ready to give a warm welcome to those prepared to explore.
The centre of Mordoğan offers the harbour and new marina with a variety of café/restaurants and shops and is dominated by the 4* Aras Hotel which is open to non residents. There is a popular town beach with amenities and the marina also has some small beaches. Perhaps 15 minutes walk from the entrance to Mordoğan is the Blue Flag Duma Beach which is the best beach in the area. It is safe for families and children and has sun loungers and umbrellas for hire. Apart from the sand beach and clear sea it has a large beach café and the rather special Purple Beach bar/restaurant which attracts stylish visitors, has excellent food and really good music.
As a base for touring you will ideally need a car and hire can be arranged although local buses do go to most places. The villages and mountains of the peninsula, nearby upmarket Çeşme with ferries to the Greek Islands, Izmir with its Bazaar, and ancient Ephesus will attract you to enjoy the delights of this unspoilt part of Turkey. | Price: £57,100 | For further information please fill in the form below.
