The sea here is clean and safe for swimming.
Mordogan is an easy walk of 1¼ miles along the road or via Duma beach. Apart from most shops, a supermarket, bank and post office, it has a harbour area with café bars and restaurants and is popular with visitors on summer evenings.
The villa is well situated for exploring the peninsula; the buses will take you past several little fishing villages and beaches to Karaburun which is a trekking centre for trips into the central mountain region.
