This property is in good condition although occasional painting is required. There is a pleasant shingle beach just two minutes walk although the best beach in the area, Duma, is 10 minutes from the front door. This Blue Flag beach is the best in the area and has full facilities for all the family.
There is a shaded café for the daytime, sun beds and umbrellas for hire and an excellent music bar/restaurant for the evenings.
The sea here is clean and safe for swimming.
Mordogan is an easy walk of 1¼ miles along the road or via Duma beach. Apart from most shops, a supermarket, bank and post office, it has a harbour area with café bars and restaurants and is popular with visitors on summer evenings.
The villa is well situated for exploring the peninsula; the buses will take you past several little fishing villages and beaches to Karaburun which is a trekking centre for trips into the central mountain region. The wildlife here is plentiful and travelling the coastal road late on a summer evening one can often see families of foxes or wild boar.
