The sea is just 1km away and there are a variety of good beaches to choose from each with their own cafe/restaurants.
From the village the main road is just 200mts away and local buses pass every ½ hour for Karaburun centre and back along the peninsula. Local taxis run all the time so it is not necessary to have your own car.
Karaburun is a trekking centre and is popular with German, French and Dutch visitors. It has a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants with a working harbour. There is a bank, post office, hospital, and various businesses (builders, plumbers, electricians etc).
Izmir and the airport are 60miles away on good roads and the travel time is just 1hr 35 minutes.
