Izmir and the airport are 50 miles away and the drive is about 1hour 20minutes in summer. Local buses travel along the coastal road every half hour so having a car is not essential. The mountain and sea views are excellent and the beach is just 3 minutes drive away with the café bars and restaurants of Mordogan within walking distance.
Some refurbishment of this cottage may be required although it is habitable but the potential with the garden is enormous.
