The master bedroom (pictured with the double bed) also has its own private balcony. This room has double apsect light and good views of the town from its balcony. There are huge built in wardrobes herer with integral drawers and storage cupboards above. Next is another large bedroom with 2 single beds and more wardrobes and storage. Adjacent is a capacious storage facility, currently used as a linen cupboard. The kitchen and lounge are in an open plan layout and the main entrance door opens into this area. The kitchen has solid wood cupboard units in the traditional Turkish style and is equipped with a mini-oven, gas hob and extractor and fridge. The double bedroom is currently furnished with two single beds both with solid wood bed frames, a solid wood bedside table and fitted wardrobe. There is a bathroom with white sanitary fittings and shower cubicle. External details – garden: The garden surrounds the house on all 4 sides and is planted with flowers, shrubs and fruit trees – mostly citrus fruit but also 4 plums, a fig, an avocado & 2 pomegranate. Two tall palms as high as the house give an imposing entrance to the main front door. The garden has been designed & planted for easy maintenance.
