Kalkan in the Antalya region of Turkey is considered to be an "upmarket" resort.Originally a small town with Greek style housing,the resort has spread around the bay but the small town is still preserved and is now a conservation area.Although a "seaside" resort it is not a beach resort as there is only a small pebble beach, because of this most villas come with swimming pools and shared pools are the norm for apartment complexes.
