The Marmaris area of Turkey has something to offer everyone.Marmaris itself is a very busy resort, offering mainly apartments for sale.
What were small villages, places such as Icmeler on the outskirts 10 years ago are now busy resorts in themselves.Further out are places such as Gokova and Sogut, lose enough to enjoy the facilities of Marmaris but far enough away to be in traditional Turkey.
Marmaris prices can seem a little expensive compared to other resorts but there is always good holiday rental demand and property price rises of around 15% per year give the prospect of good capital gains.
